Our Core Commitments
Age Verification and Protection
jeetx only allows registration by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Every account is approved through a reliable identity verification process to completely prevent access by minors.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is lowered it takes effect immediately, and if you wish to raise it a set waiting period applies — protecting you from impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
Taking a break every now and then is important. Using jeetx's time-out feature, you can temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period there is no option to log in.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option. Once activated, your account remains closed for an extended period and no promotional communications will be sent to you during that time.
24/7 Support
jeetx's support team is with you around the clock. You can reach us via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. If you have any concerns about gaming, feel free to discuss them openly.
Fair Play and Transparency
All game outcomes on jeetx are verifiable and rely on impartial technology. Bonuses and terms are stated clearly so you can make informed decisions.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Loss Limit
Set a limit in advance on how much you are willing to lose within a given period. When the limit is reached, the session will end automatically. This tool helps you enjoy gaming while staying within your budget.
Session Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. When the time is up, jeetx will automatically alert you and, if needed, log you out.
Account Cooling-Off
If you need an immediate break, activate a cooling-off period. During this time your account is not active and no transactions are possible. Once the break is over, you can start playing again as normal.
Permanent Account Closure
If you want to stay away from gaming for the long term, you can contact the support team and request permanent closure of your account. This decision is entirely yours.
How to Use the Tools
jeetx's responsible gaming tools are easy to use. After logging in to your account, go to the Settings section and you will find all the tools there. Follow the steps below:
Log in to jeetx and click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to the "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" section.
Choose the tool you want — deposit limit, session time, loss limit, or self-exclusion.
Enter the desired value or time limit and confirm.
If you run into any trouble, contact us directly via live chat — the support team will help you right away.
Keep in Mind
Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, raising a limit is subject to a set waiting period in the interest of user protection. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the designated period has ended.
Golden Rules for Healthy Gaming
Enjoy gaming just as you would any other leisure activity. jeetx always wants your experience to be enjoyable and safe. Keeping the rules below in mind will ensure gaming stays a positive activity:
Set a Budget First
Before you play, set aside a specific amount of money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. When that limit is reached, end the session.
Set a Time Limit
Allocate a fixed time each day for gaming. Never spend time meant for sleep, family, work, or study on gaming.
Do Not Chase Losses
Losses are a normal part of gaming. Placing more bets to try to win back lost money is a dangerous habit. If you notice this tendency, take a break.
Consider Your Mental State
Avoid gaming when you are under stress, feeling anxious, or experiencing low mood. The likelihood of making impulsive decisions is much higher in such states.
Remember, jeetx is an entertainment platform. Winning is not guaranteed and gaming should never be relied upon as a dependable source of income. If you feel that gaming is causing problems for you or your family, do not hesitate to seek help.
