1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the jeetx online gaming platform ("Platform") and its users ("you" or "Member"). Keep the following definitions in mind when reading these Terms:

• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jeetx is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — can also be used for withdrawals. Funds typically reach your account within 10 to 45 minutes after the withdrawal is approved.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, jeetx may request identity verification documents for withdrawals above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

• Accepted identity documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement is accepted as proof of address.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can enjoy a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Maximum limit example: depositing ৳14,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times (15x) before they can be withdrawn. Important: wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Placing disproportionately large bets on any game using bonus funds is prohibited. jeetx reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse or misuse.

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific games or game categories.
• Each promotional offer has its own validity period — once that period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

jeetx is a fair play, technology-driven platform. All game outcomes are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) that cannot be influenced by any individual or system.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetx platform:

• Placing bets using software bots, automated betting programs, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the same promotion.

6.3 Technical Errors

If any game outcome is affected by server disconnection, software error, or other technical issues, jeetx reserves the right to void or correct that round. In such cases, the user's deposited funds will be returned.

7 VIP Program & Rewards

The jeetx VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent activity and active participation on the platform. Specific terms for VIP rewards apply separately, and jeetx reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the User

You can contact our support team at any time to request a permanent or temporary closure of your account. Any balance earned through legitimate means can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by jeetx

jeetx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Funds subject to forfeiture will not be returned in these circumstances.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Proper Use of the Platform

14 Amendments & Enforceability of Terms
